The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,350,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of One (1) year Data Center Colocation for an Offsite Disaster Recovery (CN 2024-12). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
