The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the National Expenditure Program for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 14,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Expansion of the Existing Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Supply, Delivery and Installation of Network Security Firewall /CN 2025-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
