The project aims to establish postharvest processing, and tracking centers that will ensure high quality produce and lower postharvest losses through operational linkages with suppliers of corn and buyers of corn grains.

The project involves private sector participation in the the rehabilitation, upgrading, expansion and operation and management of eleven (11) existing Post-Harvest Processing and Trading Centers (PHPTCs) currently managed and operated by the National Agribusiness Corporation (NabCor) located in different regions in Luzon and Mindanao.
